1. Service Commitment

We are committed to delivering high quality and environmentally responsible cleaning services. We primarily use non chemical cleaning solutions based on SAO Cleaning Technology. EcoLab cleaning products are used specifically for kitchen and bathroom areas to minimize reliance on harsh or toxic chemicals. All cleaning tasks are performed by trained and certified staff in accordance with Tinedy's internal quality control standards.

2. Booking and Scheduling

  • For properties larger than 300 square meters, an on site assessment is required. An assessment fee will be charged in advance and deducted from the final cleaning service fee.
  • Bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Appointments can be scheduled via LINE Official Account, Facebook Messenger or by phone.
  • Any changes to appointments must be communicated at least 12 hours before the scheduled service time.

3. Cancellation Policy

Service cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.

4. Scope of Service

Our standard cleaning service includes the following:

  • General surface cleaning
  • Cleaning of furniture and decorative items
  • Disinfection
  • Window and glass cleaning within reachable areas
  • Dusting

Additional services such as deep cleaning, carpet or sofa cleaning, and advanced disinfection are available upon request and will be quoted separately.

5. Service Quality and Inspection

  • Each service is carried out according to a standardized checklist and verified by a supervisor or team leader.
  • Clients may conduct a post service inspection based on the defined service checklist to confirm service completion.

6. Safety and Security

  • All cleaning staff undergo background checks, wear uniforms, and are properly identified.
  • Clients are advised to secure valuable items prior to the start of service.
  • Tinedy is not responsible for pre existing damage or concealed conditions that are not visible during inspection.

7. Customer Feedback

We welcome feedback from all clients. A post service survey will be sent via LINE to support continuous improvement and staff training programs.

8. Payment Terms

  • Payment can be made via bank transfer, QR code, or invoice before service commencement.
  • For corporate clients, payment terms are 14 days unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Tax invoices can be issued upon request.

9. Environmental Policy

We proudly use SAO (Stabilized Aqueous Ozone), a 100 percent non chemical cleaning solution that is safe for people, pets, and the environment. All materials and packaging used are recyclable or biodegradable to support long term sustainability.

10. Confidentiality

All customer information, property details, and access credentials are treated as strictly confidential and used solely for service purposes.

11. Liability

In the event of property damage, the company's liability is limited to the value of the cleaning service provided for that session.

Incident Handling: If damage occurs, the service provider will notify the client immediately and document the damage with photographs for further review.

Our team is covered by public liability insurance for accidental damage occurring during service, subject to the terms and conditions of the insurance policy.
